Today I'm going to give some information about korean national food.Because this information very interesting for me I think this information like to you. Korean cuisine is largely based on rice,vegtables and meats.Traditional korean mealsare named for the number of side dishes that accompany steam-cooked short-grain rice.Ingredients and dishes vary by province.Many regional dishes have become national and dishes that were once regional have proliferated in different variations across the country.Foods are regulated by Korean  culture etiquette.
           
                                                                                           EGG ROLLS




INGREDIENTS:
-5large eggs                                                                                                                    
-1Tbsp rice wine                                                                                                             
 -1/4 tsp fine sea salt                                                                                                         
      -1/4 cup shredded mozarella cheese                                                                                     
 -some cooking oil                                                                                                            
                                                                                                         
              HOW TO PREPARE EGG ROLLS:      
  1. Break the eggs in amedium sized bowl and beat eggs lightly.To give a smooth texture,sieve throught the eggs.Add the rice wine and salt whisk them well.Add chopped green onion.


  2.Heat the pan on medium low heat and add some cooking oil.Spread  it throughout the pan.    Reduce the heat to low.Pour out thin layer of egg mixture onto the pan and spread it bt titling the pan.Once the edge of egg cooked  top of the egg is about 80 to85 % cooked and add cheese in middle of pan and start rolling the egg with a spatula or chipsticks.


3.Push the aside rolled egg and brush some cooking oil in the empty space.Pour out anither thin layer of egg mixture on the empty space and when the top of the egg is about 80-85% cooked , add loyer of cheese on the top of egg and start rolling with the spatula or chopsticks.Repeat this step untill the egg mixture is used up.
